Skip to contentQuick-Step Creo Tennessee Oak Natural laminate flooring has a warm natural oak effect with golden-brown tones and visible knots. Long grain lines and occasional darker details give the floor character, while the balanced natural colour works across a range of interior styles. The square-edged format keeps the overall appearance uncluttered.
The 7mm planks combine a decorative oak-effect surface with a moisture-resistant HDF core. Scratch Guard helps protect against everyday wear, while HydroSeal provides resistance to surface water when the floor is installed and maintained as instructed. Creo is rated AC4 and Class 32 for domestic and moderate commercial use.
Each 190 × 1200mm plank has square edges with no bevels and a Uniclic joint for floating installation. A pack contains eight planks and covers 1.824m². The floor is priced per m² and ordered in complete packs.
Tennessee Oak Natural offers a classic oak appearance for living spaces that need warmth and a straightforward plank layout.
Suitable for indoor living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, hallways and kitchens, as well as moderate commercial applications within the Class 32 specification.
Bathrooms are suitable when the floor is installed and sealed to Quick-Step’s wet-area instructions. Use the specified compressible Foamstrip and Hydrokit at the perimeter, profiles and penetrations, plus Hydrostrip where required for matching skirting or scotia. Not suitable for showers, wet rooms with floor drains, saunas, pool areas or outdoor use.
Pair the natural oak colour with cream, warm grey or muted green. Black handles and simple metal lighting bring a contemporary detail to the room.
HydroSeal protects against surface moisture. Creo has a 24-hour standing-water limit under the manufacturer’s water-resistance warranty. Remove spills promptly and follow the full installation and care instructions. Surface-water protection does not cover flooding, plumbing leaks or moisture rising from the subfloor.
Warranty: manufacturer’s warranty conditions and exclusions apply. For the complete scope, fitting requirements and care conditions, read the Quick-Step laminate warranty.
Each pack contains eight planks and covers 1.824m². Enter your required area in the Timberwharf calculator to see the number of full packs, the total area supplied and the order total.
Allow for cuts and waste when planning the floor. A 10% allowance is a useful starting point for a straightforward plank layout; your fitter should confirm the allowance for your room shape. Add the allowance once and order the full project quantity together.
Preparation and fitting: acclimatise unopened packs flat for at least 48 hours in the installation area, at 15–25°C and 30–85% relative humidity. The subfloor must be dry, sound and suitably level. Use a suitable laminate underlay and the specified moisture barrier where required. Keep the floor floating, with expansion space as instructed; do not trap it beneath fixed kitchen units or other permanent fittings.
Underfloor heating: suitable with compatible low-temperature water or electric systems and the correct floor build-up. The finished floor surface must not exceed 27°C. Follow the heating-system and Quick-Step commissioning instructions, select an appropriate underlay and change temperatures gradually. Floor cooling requires dew-point and condensation control.
Cleaning: vacuum or sweep with a soft head, then clean with a well-wrung microfibre mop and a suitable laminate cleaner. Wipe the floor dry afterwards and remove spills promptly. Use entrance mats and protect furniture feet. Do not sand, oil or wax the laminate surface.
Creo is tested to EN 13329 with an AC4 abrasion rating. The flooring’s thermal resistance is 0.051m²K/W before adding an underlay. Fire classification is Cfl-s1 with Quick-Step underlays. The floor is antistatic, and the technical sheet lists EU Ecolabel, PEFC and Nordic Ecolabel certification.
AC4 describes wear resistance; it is different from the appearance grades used for real wood. Class 32 describes the intended use level. Choose underlay and the complete floor build-up to suit the room, subfloor and heating system.
What is Quick-Step Creo Tennessee Oak Natural?
Tennessee Oak Natural is a 7mm straight plank laminate floor in Quick-Step’s Creo collection. It has a warm natural oak effect with golden-brown tones and visible knots. The decorative surface is a wood effect over an HDF core.
How many planks and square metres are in a pack?
Each pack contains eight planks and covers 1.824m². The calculator rounds the required area up to whole packs.
Is it waterproof?
HydroSeal gives the surface water resistance, with a 24-hour standing-water limit under the warranty conditions. Correct wet-area sealing is essential. Wipe up spills promptly; flooding, leaks and subfloor moisture are not covered by this protection.
Can I use it in a kitchen or bathroom?
Yes, provided the installation follows Quick-Step’s instructions, including the required wet-area sealing. It is not suitable for showers, floor-drained wet rooms, saunas or pool areas.
Can it be fitted over underfloor heating?
Yes, with a compatible low-temperature system and the correct subfloor and underlay. Keep the finished floor surface at or below 27°C and follow the commissioning instructions.
Does Creo have bevelled edges?
No. Creo has square edges without grooves, giving the floor a more continuous appearance between planks.
What does AC4 mean?
AC4 is the abrasion-resistance rating. Creo also has a Class 32 use classification for domestic and moderate commercial applications. It is not a natural-wood appearance grade.
Does the flooring need sanding or oiling?
No. This is a finished laminate surface, not a sandable timber wear layer. Maintain it with suitable laminate cleaning products.
